Before making a booking, please ensure that all parties have agreed to the date and time.

It is helpful if the parties can provide the mediator brief by email ideally five or more business days before the scheduled mediation.
The brief should include:
Court documents, such as timetabling orders, pleadings and interrogatories;
Expert evidence to be relied upon, such as medical and liability reports;
Particulars of special damages;
Key documents, such as incident reports, claim forms, photographs or video footage.Parties generally do not need to include discovery or medical records in full.

Online mediations are held on Zoom.
A link will be emailed to the parties approximately two business days before the scheduled mediation. If you have difficulty accessing the link, please contact Kirsty.

In person mediations can be held at a suitable location agreed to by the parties. Mediation venues are also available for hire, including through the Law Institute of Victoria.
Kirsty can attend mediations in Melbourne and regional Victoria with sufficient notice. -
Half day mediation - $1,250 (excl. GST) per party
Full day mediation - $2,000 (excl. GST) per party
If a mediation is cancelled within ten business days and cannot be replaced, a cancellation fee of $500 (excl. GST) per party may be charged.
